Detroit Public TV has begun broadcasting a new early elementary literacy program. The program, entitled "WELCOME TO YOUVILLE," is an entertaining and educational half-hour presentation during which young students from the tri-county area learn to conceptualize, illustrate and explain the communities of their dreams and imaginations.
